Q: What is the difference between semi-personal training and group fitness classes?
A: Semi-personal training at Activ Fitness is limited to 3–4 people per session with a dedicated coach who personalizes each workout. Group fitness classes typically have 15–30+ participants following the same routine. Semi-personal gives you the benefits of personal training — individualized programming, form correction, and progress tracking — at a more affordable price point.
Q: How much does semi-personal training cost in Huntersville?
A: Semi-personal training at Activ Fitness starts at $179/month for our 3T Method Guided program (1 coached session per week plus app-guided workouts and monthly body composition tracking). Our full 3T Method program with 3–5 sessions per week starts at $385/month.
Q: Do I need experience before joining?
A: No. Our coaches scale every exercise to your current ability. If you’re brand new, we recommend starting with our Introduction Program ($450 one-time, 6 weeks) to learn fundamentals, then transitioning into the 3T Method.
