There are three major challenges that can impede your progress in fitness and health, and it is important to recognize and address them in order to achieve your goals.

The first challenge is going overboard with your exercise and nutrition regimen. According to studies, a staggering 90% of people who start exercising quit within the first three months, and this high rate of dropout can be attributed in part to people pushing themselves too hard, too soon. This can manifest as working out too frequently or too intensely, or by restricting food intake in terms of quantity or type, making the regimen unsustainable in the long run. It's important to start slow, listen to your body, and gradually increase the intensity and frequency of your workouts.


The second challenge is not having a structured plan in place. Developing a daily, weekly, and monthly plan for your nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits can help you be more efficient and reach your goals faster. By consistently following through with your daily habits, you'll gain confidence in your ability to accomplish anything you set your mind to. A lack of structure can lead to inconsistency and make it difficult to track progress, so it's important to have a clear plan in place.

The third challenge is failing to be consistent and patient with the process. No matter how well-structured your plan is, you will encounter setbacks and struggles as you work towards your goals. This is completely normal, and it's important to have patience and not get discouraged. Consistency is key, and by sticking to your planned protocols, you'll give your body the chance to respond and deliver the results you want. Remember, progress takes time and effort, and it's important to be patient and persistent.
